Overhead costs are always kept to a minimum so that gifts may go to support the peacework of women. Please indicate if you would like your contribution earmarked for a specific program such as The Women's Partnership for Peace in the Middle East or The Global Youth Leadership Summit Series (a partnership between GPIW and the United Nations). Your contribution will help us to: Empower women in areas of conflict. Enable women to have a greater voice in the public arena on issues of critical global concern. Convene national and international gatherings of women around important issues that effect women. Provide scholarships to women and young community leaders from areas of conflict to join in leadership summits, i.e. Sudan, Uganda, Iraq, and Middle East. Connect and network women around the world doing this work. Support the Young Leaders Peace Council bringing together youth from areas of conflict to learn how to become non-violent agents for change.
